Chad was kind, efficient, and very helpful. He has great customer service skills, and it's evident that he takes great pride in his work. I don't remember the name of the male Chinese doctor, but he was kind and helpful too. He asked questions, listened to everything I had to say and we were working together to figure out what was my condition and what resolution was needed. It felt great being heard and understood not just by the doctor, but also Chad, especially as a first-time customer. 10/10 definitely recommend!
